Restoring, repairing and testing historic computers and associated peripherals requires measurement and test equipment such as , e.g., power supplies, oscilloscopes and signal generators.

This section is under construction and will provide a small overview of the equipment I use. The latter is often as old as the devices under test. Most of that equipment was either purchased for little money or was given to me without any information regarding its functionality. Thus, I first had to comission them and verify their proper function. The web pages about the equipment listed in the navigation pane to the left also contain some sort of blog describing the checking and reparation procedure I did in order to consider them functional. This is crucial if they shall be used to repair electronic bits.
